Tehran, Dec 8, The Iranian Parliaments Speaker’s advisor on international affairs announced that a French parliamentary delegation will arrive in Tehran on Friday (December 13).
Sunday, Hossein Sheikholeslam said that the delegation headed by the current leader of the Union of Democrats and Independents in French parliament, Jean-Louis Borloo will visit Tehran at the invitation of Head of the Parliament Research Center Kazem Jalali.
The French delegation will stay in the capital city until December 17, he said, adding that the delegation is scheduled to confer with parliament Speaker Ali Larijani, Head of parliament Research Center Kazem Jalali and Chairman of parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddi Boroujerdi.
The French delegation’s visit to Tehran is aimed at developing bilateral ties and expanding mutual cooperation, Sheikholeslam said.
