President-elect of the great Iranian nation,

The great Iranian nation through their strong participation in the eleventh presidential elections and the creation of an important political saga has caused national unity, integrity and the strengthening of national security.
Your victory, which contains great lessons, has once more resurrected the spirit of hope and the advancement of the discourse of intellectualism of the Islamic revolution of Iran, between the Iranian nation and the international community. This victory is the victory of the discourse of moderation, intellectualism, ethic centrism and reduction of tension both in domestic governance and in international relations and diplomacy.
You are now the President-elect of the great Iranian nation and all competing political groups, movements and individuals; therefore, cooperating with you and respecting you is everyone’s responsibility. It is befitting that you become the flag bearer of the worthy tradition of an all-inclusive government, through using all specialist and intellectual forces, regardless of their political orientation and affiliation.
We hope that by taking into consideration your extensive experience and knowledge in diplomacy and international relations, in the shortest time possible, a new page in the dynamic and constructive relations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the international community is opened.
